Remove outer screw with 10mm socket or #3 Phillips driver

Lower the passenger foot rest, remove with #2 Phillips driver

Lift the seat up

Remove one screw with #3 Phillips driver

Carefully pull down and away from frame
You will need to unlock it from the rear 

Three screws Removed

Reverse order to assemble

As always - start all screws before Appling torque to any
