This is a list from other members as to what is interchangeable from a CN250

Beltcase band
Starter Clutch assembly
Regulator rectifier
carburetor
Autobystarter
Variator
Clutch assembly
Front wheel speedo gear
Headlight bulb
Left crankcase cover
Starter reduction gear
Starter clutch
Transmission
Final reduction gears
Water pump
Horn
Turn signal relay
Rear tire

the helix carb is slightly different.  it may work, but it isn't a direct cross.

the following could also be added to the list:

starter motor
jug
camshaft
cam chain
cam chain guide
right side engine cover
stator
flywheel

I was under the strong impression that the cranks, pistons and heads were the same (based on actual tear down of both engines and laying them side by side), but others have stated they are diff.  not sure on that point.  I've also lined up the front shocks and lower pivot arm covers (L and R) from both machines and they look identical.
